The Glow-Up Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Open To: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States of America.
Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Camille Marie Nutrition and CLEARSTEM (the "Sponsor") and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules

By participating in this giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Camille Marie Nutrition as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on July 14, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ending on July 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. All entries must be received by July 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

How to Enter

The giveaway must be entered by completing the following mandatory steps:
- a. Follow @camillemarie_nutrition on Instagram.
- b. Complete and submit the official giveaway application form located at https://form.typeform.com/to/lf0oPk5W. All questions on the form must be answered completely and truthfully.
Bonus Entry (Optional): For one (1) additional entry, leave a comment on the designated official giveaway Instagram post. The comment must be relevant to the prompt provided in the post.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

Prize

One (1) Winner will receive: One 1-hour 121 session with Camille Marie Nutrition and a CLEARSTEM bundle package
Value: The approximate retail value of the prize is $450. The value is subject to change based on market conditions. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Camille Marie Nutrition to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected from all eligible applications that meet the specified criteria under the supervision of Camille Marie Nutrition.
Applications will be reviewed based on the quality and thoughtfulness of responses to assess alignment with Camille Marie Nutrition's services.
The Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the giveaway.
Camille Marie Nutrition shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., your application responses, bonus comment), You understand and agree that Camille Marie Nutrition, anyone acting on behalf of Camille Marie Nutrition, and Camille Marie Nutrition's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions

Camille Marie Nutrition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Camille Marie Nutrition's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Camille Marie Nutrition may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Camille Marie Nutrition.
Camille Marie Nutrition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Camille Marie Nutrition has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Camille Marie Nutrition and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America and California without regard to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
